Return & Refund Policy

At Susfit, all our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Product not meeting personal expectations

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at susfit@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you. No need to send the product back.

 

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. All eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement item. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange a resolution.
